Service Regulations

 -The Sprinkler Guys LLC is offering the following services: Irrigation, Landscape Lighting, Fertilizer Injector Systems, and more.

-To maintain the highest of quality of customer service to you, The Sprinkler Guys is always striving to make servicing your irrigation system easier for you. To ensure the high quality of your system and to preserve your warranty only The Sprinkler Guys LLC employees are to work on your system.

- If you are interested in saving money on your yearly maintenance, please review the Service Contract we offer. By purchasing the service contract you will save money and receive preferred customer service, and scheduling. Service contracts must be paid in full prior to scheduling a start date.

- It is your responsibility as the customer to call to schedule an appointment for Start up’s, Winterizations, and any other service that needs to be preformed. WE REQUIRE SOMEONE TO BE HOME FOR THE START UP’S AND WINTERIZATIONS. For service calls you do not have to be home if the issue can be resolved from out side of the house. Or you can setup a way when calling to grant us access to your home.

 -Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We will bill you only if you are not home at time of service. When calling for service you are setting the minimum for approved work at $200.00 this does not mean that you will need that $200 in service, just that we have your approval to do up to $200 in work. If estimate is more we will tell you before starting work.

- All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to avoid a $70.00 not at home charge.

 -The Sprinkler Guys LLC has the right to cancel and reschedule any appointment due to severe weather conditions.

 -Should you encounter any problems with your system after a service call, please call with in five business days to avoid any further charges.
